Our master distiller Beniamino makes this fresh and distinguished grappa from the pomace of Ribolla Gialla, a traditional grape variety grown in eastern Friuli. Brentè Ribolla Gialla is a grappa full of personality, with floral aromas and a dry flavour rounded out by spicy notes. A full-bodied grappa that’s remarkably smooth and well-balanced on the palate.
